Crystal Healing Technologies

When I first became interested in the spiritual, new age world at a young age, I would go to a new age store and browse the aisles. I would see incense, spiritual books, chakra themed everything, and lots of crystals! 

I didn’t get into crystals right away. I was more intrigued by herbal medicine and essential oils. 

Over the years I would read this or that about crystal healing. People carrying crystals with them for varying spiritual purposes. So I thought, what the heck, and started buying a few. 

Clear quartz, selenite, amethyst, rose quartz, turquoise, whatever the grounding ones are called. I was trying to get into it. I would hold a crystal during meditation hoping to feel something.

Honestly, I never really felt anything profound. But I liked them and thought they were pretty.

Then, a friend of mine introduced me to the Amethyst Infrared Biomat. The first time I laid on this mat, I went into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. It was profound! I had a few more Biomat sessions before I decided to purchase one for my massage practice.

The Biomat is full of amethyst crystal. So you are literally laying on several pounds of amethyst. Amethyst is known for assisting us in becoming more in touch with our divine nature. The spiritual part of us.  I believe it’s the amethyst combined with the infrared heat technology that makes this mat so incredibly healing. 

It also was the first time I could undeniably feel the power of amethyst. 

The next crystal healing technology I came across was the Somavedic. It is a frequency healing device that amplifies the power of crystals and gemstones. I don’t know how it does it, but it does! Gone are the days where I’m holding a crystal wondering if anything is happening. Simply sitting next to a Somavedic device puts you in a peaceful, calm state and you feel more centered and elevated the more time you spend with it. 

I was so happy with the great vibes from the Medic Green Ultra model, that I ordered the Ruby and Cobalt models for different experiences. 

Thankfully, these crystal healing technologies are available so I can appreciate and take advantage of their healing power. 

I still like looking at my pretty, ornamental crystals as decor, but when I need an undeniably, profound experience I’m going to use the Amethyst Biomat and the Somavedic for my crystal healing.
